Six sites were removed from the monitoring network for safey concerns. These concerns are detailed in the QAPP cover letter. BMW-04B (monthly wl) and MSD-01A (continual wl) were removed from the monthly/continual water level network and the 5-year water quality network. MW2-CGSB3 and RLP-W were removed from the monthly water level network. MSD-01B and MSD-01C were removed from the monthly/continual water level network and semi-annual water quality network. GS-42S&D were added to the list of wells abandoned for the Parrott Tailings removal Wells which have been abandoned for the Parrott Tailings removal were removed from Table 5, GW Monitoring Network Coordinates. A table was added to Section 5.2 which presents data validation criteria
