This Construction Completion Report (CCR) documents construction activities completed at the Walkerville Park (Walkerville Drive & Ryan Road) site owned by the City of Walkerville and Regina Mullaney during 2024 to implement the Final 2023 Residential Metals Abatement Program (RMAP) Walkerville Park (Walkerville Drive & Ryan Road) Soil Remedial Action Work Plan (RAWP) (referred herein as Walkerville Park RAWP) (BSB and Atlantic Richfield Company, 2023a) within the Butte Priority Soils Operable Unit (BPSOU) of the Silver Bow Creek/Butte Area National Priorities List (NPL) Site. Butte-Silver Bow (BSB) and Atlantic Richfield Company (Atlantic Richfield) developed the Walkerville Park RAWP under the oversight of U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 8 and in consultation with Montana Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ). The goal of the remedial action (RA) construction activities was to protect human health and the environment in a manner consistent with the BPSOU Record of Decision (ROD) (BPSOU ROD) (EPA and DEQ, 2006) and subsequent BPSOU ROD Amendment (BPSOU ROD Amendment) (EPA and DEQ, 2020) and to satisfy the RA requirements of the Silver Bow Creek/Butte Area Superfund Site BPSOU Partial Remedial Design/RA Unilateral Administrative Order (UAO) EPA Docket No. CERCLA-08- 2011-0011 (EPA, 2011) and subsequent 2020 First Amendment to the UAO Docket No. CERCLA-08-2011-0011 (UAO Amendment) (EPA, 2020).
