General Comments:
1. Please expedite the progress of those sites where site evaluations and subsequent data were collected in 2022.
2. The agencies are anticipating the Remedial Action Work Plan (RAWP) for the BRES No. 158 site, which should include vegetation and/or soil cap improvements, drainage improvements, and improvements to address revised land usage (i.e., driveway).
3. The basis for the proposed boundary adjustments shown in Figure 1 and Attachment A, Figure 1 is not clear; recommend removing the proposed boundary adjustment from this document. The basis should be included as a part of the RAWP, as any changes to the boundaries for the BRES No. 158 site will be memorialized and approved as a part of a RAWP in conjunction with the planned activities.
