Abstract
Intellectual Property (IP) encompasses a wide range of inventions, ideas, processes, marks, images, slogans, taglines, and much more. Dr. Joel Henry, a Partner at the nationally known law firm of Michael Best & Friedrich LLP, will give a lively and interactive presentation on understanding IP for non-lawyers. He will discuss the legal and practical issues that surround patents, trade secrets, trademarks, and copyrights. Because he has worked in both the business and legal sides of IP, Joel will provide his real-world experiences and advice on all aspects of IP.
