Abstract
Last year, Montana Public Radio decided to take a deep dive into the past, present and future of one of America's most notorious Superfund sites. Join Nora Saks, the host and reporter of MTPR's new podcast Richest Hill, for a behind the scenes peek at the audio project, what goes into making a narrative nonfiction podcast, and a chance to hear some of her favorite clips - and the stories behind them.

Nora Saks is the host of Richest Hill and a reporter for Montana Public Radio, covering mostly Superfund issues in Butte for the last three years. She has worked on two other award-winning podcasts, and reported for NPR and KFSK in Petersburg, Alaska. Nora holds an MA in Environmental Science and Natural Resource Journalism from the University of Montana and a BA in Environmental Studies from the University of Toronto.
