Abstract
Urban Forestry has been recently been a popular subject for many cities around the world. Through planned connections of green spaces, they form the green infrastructure on which communities depend. With our extensive background in mining, making room for trees has not been a priority for Butte, MT in the past. In Kathleen’s presentation, we will look at new and future programs that will help grow the Urban Forest in Butte.
