Abstract
“Introduction to the National School on Neutron and X-ray Scattering, User Facilities, and Scattering”
Julie remotely attended the 22nd National School on Neutron and X-ray Scattering in June, 2020. She will present information on how to apply for this enlightening and exciting opportunity, as well as provide some fundamentals on the neutron and synchrotron radiation sources, scattering basics, and how to access these user facilities. Julie will be joined by Dr. Beverly Hartline, former Deputy Laboratory Director at the APS, Argonne National Laboratory, to answer questions you may have about neutron and x-ray scattering techniques and facilities.
