Abstract
The Warm Springs Ponds have been helping protect the Clark Fork from mine contamination moving down Silver Bow Creek since 1918. Under Superfund, ARCO, EPA and Montana DEQ have been cleaning up Silver Bow Creek starting in 1997. Now, in 2020, that cleanup is in largest part complete – so are the Warm Springs Ponds still needed? Joe will give his view of the health of Silver Bow Creek and the Ponds – past, present and future.
