Abstract
In this talk speakers will present findings of the Upper Silver Bow Creek Restoration Feasibility Review. The Review, funded through a grant from EPA and administered by CTEC/Restore Our Creek Coalition (ROCC), identifies the design considerations and possible solutions for restoration of Upper Silver Bow Creek. The Review is part of the overall vision of ROCC to remove tailings, restore Silver Bow Creek and create a greenway for public enjoyment. With the Consent Decree soon to be released the Review was completed based on statements by EPA that remedy “would not 'preclude' the restoration of Silver Bow Creek”
